My Approach to Helping

My approach is collaborative, dialogical, and client-centred. My approach to Counselling, Supervision, and Mediation is informed by collaborative and narrative practices. Through therapeutic processes, you will access your inner and external resources to face and deal with life's challenges in your preferred way. Conversations will help restore hope that has become inaccessible due to problems. We together work on what overshadows and prevents you from making changes in personal and relational contexts.
As a relational collaborative and narrative therapist, I listen attentively to your narrative as it unfolds, without judgement, and join you in exploring alternatives to bring about change to your couple or family relationships.
In clinical supervision meetings, we talk about making sense of your dilemma in working with clients. We look into possible alternative ways of helping and supporting your clients. These sessions will help you to see yourself with greater clarity and attend to clients' narratives in a compassionate, curious, and collaborative fashion,
