My Approach to Helping
Life is so full of layers and intrigue, pieces that we often find ourselves feeling disconnected from who we are and the people we love. Or, perhaps you feel stuck; like you lost your purpose, or you no longer like the person you once were or the person you’ve become. But if you are reading this, then it means you are ready for change or you’ve gotten tired of those automatic negative or irrational thoughts that control your emotions.
I am very intentional with my approach as a therapist towards the process of your wellness. Whether this is your first time in therapy or the opposite and you're ready to try again. I am here to help you by providing a certain level of support we don’t often find in our day-to-day interactions.
I work with adolescents and adults in individual, couples, or family therapy. I want to see you be the best version of yourself through the use of Evidence-Based Practices, based on your individual or systematic needs. I want to help you celebrate your healing and lastly, I want to give you the skills and healthy coping mechanisms to help you take control of the thing that brought you here.
Seeking therapy should not be an afterthought nor should getting used to living in dysfunction. As long as you're ready for change and willing to do the work I'm here to provide a Safe non-judgmental Talk Space.

ON staff we have a certified PrepareEnrich Facilitator skilled in helping couples and families recognize their strengths and opportunities for growth, review personality traits, enhance communication skills, and reduce conflicts and stress.
