My Approach to Helping
My counseling style is person-centered. I offer a secure, judgment-free environment where people in therapy may explore their circumstances and receive the support and guidance they need. Building a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on trust, compassion, and respect is essential for successful treatment. I help people to identify their issues, make positive changes, and work towards their personal goals.
