My Approach to Helping
I work with anyone who has been wounded or abused by others to create and sustain healthy relationships by empowering them to work through their trauma and reconnect with their inner resilience and worthiness. People do hurt us, our bodies betray us, change takes a right hook at our lives. If that has happened to you, I am deeply sorry for what you have endured. Your trauma was not your fault. Now it is within your power to take control of it and to learn to move forward. The things that seem out of reach are right in front of you. I am here to help you grab them, starting with recreating a positive relationship with yourself.
It’s not just you, pain and trauma make it hard for everyone to feel themselves, to love their bodies, and to show up for others. That’s ok. Through embodiment and mindfulness practices we can help you feel like yourself again. And when you are connected to your embodied wisdom, you can more easily have healthy relationships and pursue your purpose fully.
