My name is Lydia Anthony, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I am the owner of Rejoice in the Rain Counseling.

I build each therapeutic relationship on the principles of safety, trust, respect, empathy, and support. I provide trauma-informed care that goes beyond listening; I also provide education, guide you in those deep conversations, and brainstorm solutions with you. One of my strengths is that I see systemic challenges faced by various groups. I take a community-oriented approach to connect you with essential resources so you can focus on your healing journey without worry. My style is unique in that I think creatively and outside the box.
