My Approach to Helping
I promote healing through cross modalities: mind, body and soul connection. My goal is to help you reach your fullest potential. I do this by providing a safe space, and no judgement. I am open to your feedback; this helps me be
a better therapist for you. While each client has own his or her own goals, my main one is to help you feel better than from when you first started therapy.
I have extensive experience working with individuals of various agesstages in life and from different cultural backgroundslife experiences. Through a culturally informed lens and various evidenced-base practices, I want to help you in living your best, “good enough life.”
