My Approach to Helping
Be Happy Integrated Therapy is a personal growth practice where people work toward creative and meaningful solutions to problems and life adjustments using talk therapy, Jungian depth psychology, expressive arts and self-directed dream analysis.
We explore positive ways to address relationship issues, life transitions, death, grief, loss of job, anger, stress and feelings of isolation.
Some focus is directed to the formative years that may have resulted in self-esteem issues and issues related to inadequate masculine and feminine role modeling.
Clients can discover inspirational goals for life fulfillment…dreams to actualize for personal growth and identify ways to play and return to a deep joy of being part of a creative process.
