My practice is focused on cultivating self-awareness, empowerment, healing and balance. By integrating humanistic, cognitive and experiential approaches to therapy, I help my clients to work through the challenges involved in issues such as grief, stress, anxiety, trauma and interpersonal relationships. Developing empowerment and awareness by learning to understand choices, feelings, needs and patterns as they unfold, enables clients to build a stronger understanding of themselves and their particular place in the bigger picture of life -- ultimately learning how to depend on on their own unique sources of wisdom and inner strength.
