My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life is hard. Really hard. At any time we can find ourselves going through periods of anxiety, depression or conflict in our relationships. Struggling to find ways to cope may lead to feelings of hopelessness or low self worth. You don’t have to be alone in the struggle. I work with individuals and couples struggling with addictions, anxiety, depression and loss. Using client centered, evidenced based practices, I approach therapy as a creative collaboration that promotes unification of mind, body and spirit so that life\'s difficulties can be dealt with in perspective.

You can gain a better perspective of your unique story and experiences, which will get you to the life that you want and deserve. Challenges help us grow in strength and resilience. What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love getting to know people and helping them to get to know themselves. Bringing the past and the present together to bring new understanding to what makes people "tick" is most fulfilling and rewarding.
