My Approach to Helping
Helping people improve their quality of life has been my passion and my work for more than 25 years. I have had extensive formal training in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Helping people better manage their moods and behavior gives me great satisfaction. Providing a balance of acceptance and change is the way I approach my work with clients. My style has been described as warm, validating, and encouraging. I can't wait to meet you and work with you to help you lessen your pain and reach your goals!
