My Approach to Helping
I partner with you as a unique and whole individual to help you maintain emotional and physical balance. We work together to integrate mind and body so you can identify the values and principles you want to live by, set goals, work through obstacles to achieve your goals, manage stress effectively, and reach a healthy state.
More Info About My Practice
I accept most major insurances. However, if you have a high deductible or no insurance, I also offer payment plans for those with good credit. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am till 5pm. We are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work
My theoretical orientation is focused on present solutions as opposed to past hurts. I work with you to help you learn new coping skills for stress management and problem solving which permit you to achieve your own goals.
