A Bit About My Background:
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and have specialized training in brainspotting, a powerful technique that helps clients process and release deeply rooted emotional pain. Before transitioning into therapy, I earned a BA in Neuroscience and Religion from UC Berkeley and a Master's in Education from Harvard. These diverse educational experiences, combined with my time working in the tech industry, give me a unique perspective on the pressures faced by professionals in fast-paced, innovative fields.
