My Approach to Helping
Thank you for reviewing my profile as you search for help with the challenges you are facing. It can be so difficult sometimes to know what to do to make things better. Finding a therapist to work with is a great place to start. The personal and confidential relationship between you and your therapist creates an excellent opportunity to be heard, supported, cared about and respected as you work things through.
When you make a heartfelt connection with your therapist and work well together, change does happen. And this change comes about as you become more in touch with your thoughts and feelings, and what you really want and need to be happy. With a strong commitment to therapy, life can become more positive and productive because you learn how to live more fully and authentically.
I am very approachable, easy to talk with, and compassionate, and will not leave you on your own trying to figure things out. I consider it my privilege to be with you and support you as you uncover your true potential, heal the past, and create a new and liberating sense of yourself.

How Psychotherapy Can Help
People suffering from depression, anxiety, anger, and low self-image, find balance and resolve relationship issues. Self-sabotaging emotions, thoughts, and behaviors subside and self-esteem increases as they make progress throughout our work together.
If you are feeling helpless and stuck, are suffering from family and relationship problems, or are in a codependent relationship, you can find your independence, get your life back on track, and create the ability to live a life of you own design; the one you deserve.
I can help you understand and practice the healing strategies around codependency. Practicing these strategies aid in overcoming and providing relief from that struggle.
I encourage you to call and schedule an appointment. I have a great deal of life experience and common sense to bring to the therapeutic process. I offer a trusting, supportive environment where we can work collaboratively toward fulfilling your goals.
