My Approach to Helping
Learing how to become victorious over life hurts and not victim to them takes courage and strength. There are times we need help gaining perspective. Having gone through hurts and the deaths of my own family, I believe I can offer empathy, coping skills and hope for healing. Many of us need someone to walk beside and tell us we are going to make it through.
I practice an accepting, non-judgmental, caring, compassionate, and empowering style for individuals and relationships. Meeting clients where they are at, in hopes of working together to conquer the goals the client desires. I do not tell my clients what to do, but help them discover the best plan of action for their own life, helping my clients to "peel their onion" and get down to how they truly are wired, helping them to succeed in living an emotionally healthy life.
I also offer Christian-based approach if the client asks.
If you have any questions, please call for a complimentary phone consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
