I currently offer appointments during evenings and occasional Saturday mornings, so you don't have to worry about taking off work. I schedule appointments on weekday evenings between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
As an out-of-network mental healthcare provider, I can provide session receipts to clients interested in filing for reimbursement through their health insurance provider or their flexible spending account (FSA). I accept most forms of payment, including cash, check, money order, credit or debit cards, and health savings account (HSA) cards.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
This will vary for each individual or couple and is based on several factors, including one's familiarity and experience with psychotherapy, the extent of the concerns and goals being addressed and one's willingness to think about/work on concerns and goals in between sessions.
Some people may find that the progress, required to meet their goals, may occur subtly at first. For others, progress may occur more quickly. Generally, those committed and open to therapy develop the personal insight necessary for achieving positive change in their lives.
Most clients will start off by meeting with me on a weekly basis; however, there are times when I will see a client twice a week or bi-weekly. Once we determine that you have met or have nearly met your therapeutic goals, we will reevaluate things and determine if it would be ok for us to move to a bi-weekly or monthly session schedule.
Following an initial assessment, we will work together to create a realistic timeline for achieving your goals.
