My goal is your success. Through open communication and non-judgment, a safe environment to explore your struggles, and guidance toward a better way of living, we can work to overcome obstacles. Different approaches, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices will be explored and explained thoroughly. Every step is guided so you regain the confidence and assurance you need to take back your life.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
We all struggle. We all have issues. Pain is universal and I thoroughly believe we all understand this on a level. Asking for help is the bravest thing you can do. Moving forward to create a life worth living is the best thing you can do for yourself. You don't have to stay stuck. You don't have to settle for less than what you know you are capable of.
