My Approach to Helping

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor with a master's in counseling and a master's in marriage and family counseling. I am a University of Texas at Austin graduate (1990) and I am currently completing my PhD in Psychology.

I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. I have worked at various psychiatric facilities, hospitals and treatment facilities. I served as a residential treatment director for almost 10 years in the Spring area.

I have expertise in the following areas: depression, anxiety, trauma, anger and stress management; couples counseling including issues regarding conflict management, communication issues, and infidelity.
