My Approach to Helping
If you are struggling with a bundle of negative thoughts and emotions, I know it can feel overwhelming, especially if you feel stuck in a situation that you can't seem to conquer. It's important you feel comfortable with your counselor.
My approach is to focus on how you've been thinking about your situation, yourself, and your surroundings. We'll set goals together to begin to search for new ways of thinking and feeling to ensure you begin to move forward and let go of burdens.
You do not have to feel alone. There's hope and solutions that can create positive changes and restore and increase your abilities to enjoy the process of living.
