What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love creating a warm, welcoming environment where people feel secure enough to share and learn about themselves. When I initially meet with a person and they tell their story, it's like they toss out the puzzle pieces of their lives. I help them see how those pieces are connected while also determine the ones they'd like to shift in order to create a more balanced, meaningful life that they can appreciate and enjoy.
