My Approach to Helping
I offer short-term and long-term therapy to individuals and couples who are motivated to work toward personal development and growth. I approach my clients with compassion and interest to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters meaningful change, personal effectiveness, and a deeper self-awareness. I believe that everyone has an innate capacity for healing and growth.
I use an integrative, holistic, and client-centered approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to identify, understand, and deconstruct unproductive thoughts and patterns that create negativity within the client and in relationships with others. I provide a safe space to explore issues and facilitate lasting change.
