Deciding to enter therapy can be a hard choice for many and an easy choice for others, but it is a choice. While you are in therapy I encourage you to continue to make choices and some of those choices will continue to be difficult. I will assist you by providing guidance and helpful tools. I have worked many years in the field of outpatient and inpatient mental health with adults and teens. As a result I have learned that a one size fits all model does not work. I am well versed in providing therapy that is individualized for you based on your needs. A plan of care will be designed based on your particular goals and will evolve as treatment progresses. I believe that you are the visionary of your own masterpiece.

Desert Faith Therapy Services, LLC seeks to provide counseling services to individuals of all backgrounds who are actively seeking services. We are available evenings and weekends.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

The notion of being a weak person for seeking therapy is unfortunate. Individuals talk to friends or family about an issue or problem on a daily basis. Sometimes the issue is not resolved, but has gotten worse. Working with a therapist allows a person to come in and leave armed with ways to better manage than when you arrived. This is being active in your life, not weak.
