Educational Background: Stephanie holds a Master of Arts Degree in Counselor Education from The College of New Jersey, CACREP approved, including certifications and licenses in School Counseling, Substance Awareness Coordinator, National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Associate Counselor. Stephanie also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Secondary Education English from The College of New Jersey and an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Mercer County Community College.
Stephanie believes in providing clients with an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and is non-judgmental in her approach. Stephanie has worked with populations of varying socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and assesses each client on an individual basis. The client is able to guide the counseling session by setting goals and through self-exploration with guidance from counselor to reach a greater understanding, acceptance, and happiness of self. Stephanie fosters this exploration by providing tools and strategies that complement the counseling relationship and therapeutic process.
