At Freiburg Therapy, I specialize in women’s mental health to support you leading a fulfilling life, while reducing anxiety and stress. I am passionate about helping you eliminate self-criticism, introduce self-compassion and be authentic. The stress of different aspects of our lives (careers, friends, finances, children, spouses and parents) can lead to anxiety, depression and other painful challenges. I get it. But together we can create a plan to learn new ways of addressing your obstacles, which makes sense for your daily life. Techniques that are proven to improve your overall well-being and navigate situations in a more balanced way.
Being flexible is important in today's modern world! I support people in person (office based or walk and talk therapy) and online, which provides options in tailoring services to meet your needs as well as increased availability.
