80%-20% split: Right most of my sessions are telemental but I do have some in-person appointments available.
Many of my client's have said telemental really helps them open up and work through the things weighing them down in a safe and comfortable space. My office is also a private and comfortable space- although in-person availability is limited.
Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist
I tell my clients that therapists are like cars, you get to test drive us before you decide to commit; and you can change as your needs change, without guilt. Therapy is a relationship so it should click in order for it to be successful. Don't feel awkward or be afraid to find the one that clicks with you- this is about your growth and healing.
