In our sessions, I will help facilitate healing while getting to the root cause of what's causing chaos in your life. We will work together as a team to build skills to help you live a happy and healthy life. My goal is to provide an accepting and judgement free environment to help you feel at ease while we tackle the process together.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, suicide, self harm, addictions, ADHD, domestic violence, psychosis, and bipolar disorder. Depending on your needs, I will utilize different techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help teach you the skills to cope with your mental health symptoms and increase functioning.
