My Approach to Helping
Due to my own struggles from early childhood, I have made it my mission to help those dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. Through a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and strength-based approaches, I help my clients develop coping skills to reduce mood imbalance and anxiety. Through CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) I help my clients to understand the symptoms associated with trauma and how to overcome patterns of problematic thinking, safety issues, powercontrol issues, esteem issues, and intimacy issues.
If you would like to achieve the keys to a successful relationship with your significant otherfamily member, I can help you improve your connection, communication, understanding, and intimacy. If you are seeking help for your adolescent, I can help them by empowering, educating life skills & enhancing their self-esteem.
