My Approach to Helping

I strongly believe in whole body wellness, and believe that physical health has a big influence on your overall well-being. I will empower you to discover your positive thoughts, recognize your strengths, and set achievable goals, taking one step at a time. I believe that your feelings are never wrong, sometimes you just need help expressing and coping with them appropriately and effectively. Every step you take towards improving your overall mental health makes you stronger. I provide a safe, comfortable, interactive, laid-back, caring, motivating, and supportive environment to reach your goals.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to provide a safe, comfortable, and confidential space to explore and discuss life's challenges, as well as coping skills to overcome them.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Everyone has stress in their life or difficult things they are dealing with, and everyone could benefit from having someone to talk to that is not directly involved in these situations of stress. Taking the step to go to therapy will only benefit your life and overall happiness. Therapy should not be defined as "those that have problems", but just another way to take care of yourself.
