My Approach to Helping
Stacy believes therapy is a tool that can help people navigate through many of life’s peaks and valleys. In today's world where there is so much emphasis on physical health, Stacy believes it is just as important to care for our mental and emotional health. Stacy believes when therapy is approached with an open mind and heart, clients will be capable of finding resolutions and inner peace. With her calm presence, Stacy creates a safe and healing environment for the client to reach their desired goals.
Through a collaborative approach, Stacy meets the client where they are and helps them take their next step toward living a more abundant and fulfilling life. Her specialties include anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, family conflict, body image, adjustment to life transitions, trauma, domestic violence, depression, postpartum, and grief and loss.
