At Resilient Journey Counseling, I provide both individual and group therapy sessions that may facilitate mental and emotional healing. My goal is for you to feel welcomed, accepted, and able to work through what weighs you down.
My approach is to create a safe and comfortable space so you can feel free to talk about your most intimate stories and experiences. Furthermore, I customize the treatment and modalities used based on each person's individual needs.
