Depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, divorce, relationship issues, infidelity, difficult life transitions are holding you back. You want more from life. You want to regain a sense of purpose and peace but it feels elusive.

I'm a trauma-informed therapist who is passionate about helping people reclaim a sense of worthiness and self-love. I will provide a safe space to work through the hurts and challenges you are facing. Life was not meant to be done alone. Together we will identify your needs and define your counseling goals.
