I view counseling as a collaborative process where we create a realistic and actionable plan to help you build the life you want to lead.
In counseling, we can identify ways to make use of your strengths and identify possible patterns that might be getting in the way of your growth. I make space for the ways in which family expectations and identity-related experiences may be impacting your stress and everyday experiences.
