My Approach to Helping
I would describe my approach as client-centered, collaborative, flexible, and empathetic. I value your experiences, goals, and unique history that you bring into the therapy room, and will work to meet you where you are and help you identify what you might need to lead a more fulfilling, meaningful, and healthier life.
In order to help you meet your goals, I prioritize creating an environment where you can feel safe and comfortable enough to begin exploring your concerns. This can often include identifying possible patterns that might be getting in the way of your growth and identifying other more adaptive ways to get your needs met.
