My Approach to Helping
Do you feel suffocated, act clingy, or feel empty and alone even in loving, stable relationships? Do you feel you have to be perfect in order to be loved? Our early, formative relationships have a big impact on how we relate to others and ourselves. If those relationships are somehow disrupted, whether by abusive, intrusive, absent, or substance-addicted caregivers, it can profoundly affect fundamental aspects of our sense of self and our ability to form satisfying relationships.
