My Approach to Helping
I've wanted to be a therapist since I was 18; I knew that I was a very self-aware, emotionally sensitive, and insightful individual. I have a genuine desire to get to know each client as a human being. I find it very easy to listen to others and am interested in solving personal problems. I like to observe and analyze people. In high school, my friends always confided in me about their problems because they saw that I was trustworthy. Before becoming a therapist, I was a medic in the US Army.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or porn and sex addiction, I'm honred to support you.
I specialize in helping adults get to know themselves and feel empowered to advocate for their well-being. As we work together, you will reflect, expand your awareness, and gain tools to manage adversity and grow.
I only see adult clients, and I do not see couples.
