I have a passion for hearing peoples stories and assisting them to find the solutions that best fit for them. I genuinely like people and will make it easy to talk about even the most sensitive issues. Whatever your concern is, rest assured there are ways to address it.

How will you know I am the right counselor for you? Give me a call or drop me a quick note and I will give you my impression of what I think you may be up against. Counselor fit is important, feel free to try me on.

Very often I assist people to discover patterns of dysfunctional behaviors they engage in without even realizing it. Do you ever feel like you are having the same discussions over and over again leading nowhere?

I highly value your time and will be concise and to the point. I run an evidence-based practice.
Too often people wait too long to get help, don't wait, call today!

More Info About My Practice

The feedback I get most is about being compassionate. I am fond of that because I consider myself more direct and honest than most and that must mean I am able to deliver the feedback in a meaningful way.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

It was my dream to be a therapist from about the time I was a teenager. I have always been interested in what makes people tick. Even now I find no matter what is going on in my own life, as soon as I sit in that chair and begin to listen my focus is on your story.
Once I started doing coupes therapy I quickly discovered that sex was going to be a topic for discussion. I decided to seek additional training in this area as it is a complex interplay between psychological and physical factors.
I am delighted I did and very much enjoy assisting people with their most private interactions
