I believe in a warm, supportive professional relationship, based on mutuality and respect as the basis for healing and growth. My training and experience are in psychodynamic practice, mindfulness, and attachment in the context of affirmation for your authentic self-expression, creativity, and a deeper connection to self and others.

My goal as a therapist is to help you become more self-aware, change unproductive relational patterns, and become free of fear, anger, and shame so that you can achieve greater inner peace, self-acceptance, and inner harmony.

I utilize a range of strategies, including EMDR, IFS, and mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate healing from interpersonal trauma, loss, and bereavement. I believe your fullest human expression and capacity for inner peace is self-acceptance and creative expression.

More Info About My Practice

I have worked with many couples and individuals over the past 20 years, and have utilized my own personal practice of mindfulness meditation, engagement in the creative arts, and publication of books and articles, to broaden my knowledge and understanding of myself and of others, and to help me facilitate an authentic relationship, based on honesty, spontaneity, and humility with my clients.
