My Approach to Helping

Opening up to a stranger can be hard. But, I pride myself on not having a "1 size fits all" approach. I'm trained to treat depression, anxiety, trauma, anger & substance use. I identify & use therapy skills that work specifically for you, by exploring your particular needs to make therapy inviting, while collaborating with you to empower your fulfillment.
