My Approach to Helping
I have a genuine love and caring for people & share that with those who choose to participate in therapy with me. Most people come because their lives are not working; they feel sad, disconnected, betrayed or discouraged. We explore the potential causes from childhood to adulthood. I teach skills and help you change old beliefs and behaviors into healthier patterns of living. The goal is to lead a happier, more fulfilled life. My therapy philosophy encourages life balance in the five major areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and relational. Goal setting, motivation and accountability are cornerstones of therapy. I always welcome phone calls to answer questions from prospective clients.
