I am a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist, with 13 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. I specialize in working with teens/adults with acute stress and crisis, as well as other mental health concerns, substance use issues, at-risk behaviors, exposure to trauma/abuse, and legal system/probation involvement.

My Therapy Focus

I work collaboratively with my clients on what they would like to focus on, and my approaches are strengths-based, reflective, supportive, and nonjudgmental. My primary style is humanistic/client-centered, and I also use cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and spiritual/creative practices.
