My Approach to Helping
My training and my approach is rooted in an integral, relational, and somatic framework that is attuned to trauma whether that be at the individual, collective, intergenerational, or attachment level. I hold a frame of acceptance, nonjudgment, and curiosity and seek to support your own exploration into your inner life. Through mindfulness, somatic attention, and the relational container of therapy, we can bring more of our experience into our conscious awareness, allowing for a gentle unraveling of the conditioned patterns, core beliefs, and complexes that limit us. This process opens up space for increased choice, flexibility, and freedom in our decisions and our lives, bringing us towards our authentic nature and our true aliveness. I see clients across the lifespan in individual, couples, or family sessions. Currently I am offering sessions under supervision of Elaine Daly, LMFT #46952 as well as through SOS Community Counseling under the supervision of Julie Waters, LMFT #97171
