My Approach to Helping

I hope to offer you the wisdom that my years of traveling this path have taught me. Yoga, meditation, and fitness have taught me a stillness I didn’t know I could find. This work offers clarity, and has deepened my understanding of my self and others. It sharpened my compassion, love, and strength, and has helped me more positively participate in and view the world.
A certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a background in social work and psychology, my practice encompasses the convergence of mind and body wellness. As a therapist and a teacher, roles I am honored and humbled to hold, it is a blend of empowerment, gratitude, and self-care that I hope to instill in those with whom I work. While guiding my clients and students through their wellness journey, I strive to push their physical limits as I believe the discovery of personal potential inspires growth, confidence, and fearlessness. My philosophy and techniques are based on fifteen years of experience in wellness-based professions as well as the studies of psychology, social work, yoga, Buddhism, meditation, exercise physiology, nutrition and various other holistic modalities. I am consistently furthering my education and development as a practitioner by working with teachers and mentors and continue to be inspired and learn from my own practice and students.
