My Approach to Helping
Do you feel the weight of anxiety or depression? Is it hard to imagine life getting better? If so, let's talk. I specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression in teens and young adults. I use a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solutions-Focused therapy to help my clients walk in freedom from anxiety, depression, chronic stress, PTSD, anger, and trauma. I enjoy teaching my clients tools they can use in their everyday lives to live more fully and present.
