My Approach to Helping

Whether you are experiencing depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress (PTSD), or just feeling stuck in life, I'm here for you. I'll walk alongside you on this journey to help you identify your strengths and coping strategies to help you move forward.

Hi there. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, specializing in post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety. I have experience working with adults from various backgrounds and in various stages of life. Like most therapists, I utilize a wide variety of clinical modalities cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), logotherapy, and person-centered therapy.

Not sure what you're looking for in a therapist? I'd be happy to speak with you about your needs and help you find the right type of treatment for you - whether that means therapy with me or with someone else. Taking the first step is the hardest part, and you've already done that by being here on this website.
