My Approach to Helping
Do you ever feel anxious or on edge? How about shortness of breath or a racing heartbeat? Or have you experienced a loss of interest in activities you used to love doing, helplessness, or feelings of emptiness?
I help individuals manage anxiety and trauma symptoms. Together, we can identify what is working and what isn't to help get you back on track. We'll use a whole self approach, meaning addressing the needs of your body and mind. I also integrate mindful techniques to regulate emotions.
