My Approach to Helping

Mental illness and addiction can destroy lives. Recovery and treatment can restore your soul. One of the biggest obstacles in the way of helping yourself regain control of your mind and life is the first step of reaching out for help. Standardized programs are not a perfect fit for everyone. Treatment plans are designed by me and my client to offer individualized sessions that give the client back the control they may have been missing in their lives. We are busy. We have jobs. We have families. Creating a safe environment to ensure your privacy and confidentiality is my priority.
