My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy is with the underlying assumption that everyone is doing the best they can. Life is constantly changing, thus creating anxiety provoking situations in our daily lives. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loss of employment, or divorce, counseling can help. I offer a non-judgmental approach to counseling with an emphasis on thoughts, feelings, and resulting behaviors. I am excited to announce that I am now providing Neurofeedback for a variety of disorders. Neurofeedback is a way of training the brain to perform optimally.
