My Approach to Helping
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I've found that my approach to therapy offers my clients hope, change, and insight. My clients develop a deeper understanding of their own behaviors, thinking, and decisions. I help my clients feel more comfortable in their own skin and identify their strengths. Once you realize your strengths, my job is to help you utilize them to overcome life's challenges.
I've worked with adolescents, children, adults, and the elderly to manage a range of mental health issues, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship difficulties. I use an eclectic theoretical approach, which means I rely on a variety of approaches to help you manage your difficulties.
I can help you answer life's important questions: Who am I? Is this the life what I want? Why do I live the way I do? Can I stop worrying? Is it possible for me to be happiness? What do I need to do differently? If you relate to these questions, please reach out. I work with all populations.
