My Approach to Helping
We all know this: Life is unpredictable. As much as we plan for the future, curve balls inevitably happen. Perhaps you're here because you've been thrown a curve ball and aren't sure how to deal with it, or maybe you need a safe space to process some difficult feelings.
My clinical approach is to combine processing emotions (discussing what has been up for you) with somatic work (helping you notice how your body responds to stress, anxiety and trauma). Together, we build trust, practice new skills, and work through the curveballs that prevent you from living in the present—from living your best life.
