My Approach to Helping
I help clients find relief from what hurts, and shift towards greater life satisfaction. I work with trauma, anxiety, chronic pain, abuse, medical & accident histories, and attachment disruption. I also work with life transition, habit change, and aspirational goals. I bring compassion, curiosity, and acceptance to my work, and combine creativity with information and evidence-based tools. Together, we explore how memories, emotional patterns, body experience, thoughts, and behavioral habits can be changed, updated, and released so the individual is free to align behavior to intention and live a more satisfying life.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Breathwork, Meditation, behavioral tools, and project management. I work in a collaborative way within a framework based on attachment theory, psychodynamic conversation, somatic and bio-psychology, and holistic practice. .
