My Approach to Helping
Sometimes, we feel stuck in life, we don’t feel good, or we experience so much pain that stops us from moving forward. Receiving SUPPORT from a mental health professional can make a big difference in our ability to overcome these challenges. In my therapy sessions, I create a CARING, SAFE, and NON-JUDGMENTAL environment so that you can freely express yourself. I listen to you carefully to identify your needs and create a personalized treatment plan for you. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I see clients who are experiencing a variety of psychological concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. I welcome LGBTQ+ clients and clients with diverse cultural backgrounds. My goal is to promote psychological wellbeing by encouraging self-awareness and a positive attitude in my clients.
I obtained my Masters of Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto. I am a qualifying member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Psychological Association. Thank you for reading my profile.
