My Approach to Helping
I will assist you by clearing the way of developing meaningful, sustainable change through innovative, tailored interventions that help cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness. I strive to help clients recognize patterns that underlie psychological or emotional distress and to provide symptom relief. I do this by using an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing from Client-Focused, Humanistic-Existential, Cognitive Behavioral, trauma-focused, and Psychodynamic approaches.
